Terms for a site, and for a beta.

wakeit.ai describes Wake: a brain for a construction project. It reads the project’s documents, stays connected to wherever each of them already lives, and answers questions across all of them. Wake is in beta, and a small number of projects are joining now.

Everything on this site — the copy, the drawings, the figures — describes work in progress. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a commitment about features or dates, or professional advice of any kind.

The question, the answer and the documents shown in the drawings are written by us to show how Wake works. They are not output from a real project, and no real project, company or person is depicted.

You are welcome to browse it, read it and share a link to it. Please do not scrape it at scale, disrupt or reverse engineer it, or use its content to imply an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.

There is no account to open and nothing to pay for on this site. Leaving your address in the beta field puts you on our list, and writing to us starts a conversation, nothing more. Neither creates a contract, and neither reserves you a place in the beta.

If your project joins the beta, we sign a separate written agreement with you first, covering what Wake may access, what we owe each other, confidentiality, and how either of us ends it. That agreement governs the product. These terms govern this website, and nothing on this page is folded into it by implication.

The Wake name, the mark, the drawings and the content of this site belong to Wake unless noted otherwise. You are free to reference or link to it; you are not free to reuse the branding or the content as if it were yours.

This site is provided as it is. We built it carefully, but we make no promise that it is free of errors, uninterrupted, or permanently available.

We may update these terms as the product takes shape. The date at the top of this page always reflects the last change.
